No. We do not accommodate special or custom requests at this time.

Are there any shipping or delivery fees?
No. All shipping (within the United States) and local deliveries are FREE OF CHARGE!

What are your payment options?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and “Buy Now, Pay Later” services like Affirm, Klarna, and others. Our site is SSL secured for your safety.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Our site is SSL encrypted and all transactions are protected to ensure your personal and payment information remains secure.

Are your products new and authentic?
Absolutely. All shoes are brand new, authentic, and have never been worn.

Can I track my order ?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. For local deliveries placed by 1:00 PM, your order will arrive by 7:00 PM the same day (within our delivery zones).

Why can’t I find a certain shoe or size?
If it’s not listed, it is currently out of stock. Our inventory is updated regularly, and we do not offer special orders beyond displayed availability.

What is your return/refund/exchange policy?
We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, in order to protect inventory integrity. Exceptions are made only if an error occurs on our part — such as sending the wrong size, incorrect item, or failing to match the product description. In those cases, we will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

Local delivery (within designated zip codes): Free. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are delivered by 7:00 PM the same day.
